It's actually a setting in the menu these days. The problem for me is, at 2160p, I actually want it at 400% which is above the max. I have gone down to 1080p to make it work for me.
Used to be able to scale the cursor past 100%, doesn't seem possible anymore. Editing CursorScale in the config files has no effect either. I find it really hard to follow the cursor in team fights, not sure why they removed a basic QOL feature. Inside of System Preferences -> Displays, the resolution is set to default for all screens. Inside of Accessibility -> Display -> Cursor, when I change the cursor size its not screen specific and the same cursor size is used across all screens. @benwiggy: I’ll bet #Aedan is trying to squeeze more usable desktop area from the 4K display. 4K cursor to small. I'm playing the game in 4K resolution and the cursor size is to small, even at 100. I've tried to close the game and edit the game.cfg and PersistentSettings.json file by setting CursorScale to 2.0000. But when I get into the game the size resets to 1.0000 in the config files (100 in game).

The legacy League of Legends cursor was originally removed from the game completely back in 2018/ However, because of the outcry from players who didn’t like the new cursor or just wanted the old one back, Riot Games decided to bring out an update that gave players the option to play with the old cursor again.
The AMOC option is still an attack move, so you will attack the closest target to your cursor that you are in range of attacking, and if you are not in range of any targets, it should behave like a standard attack move. The inconsistency may at least partially be due to the intended target being out of auto attack range.
