Wearing them at all with a labret is impossible for me. Make sure you’re regularly wiping them down with an antibacterial wipe if you’re wearing them near a healing piercing. 1. For a tragus piercing, the bar will be fed through from the back-side with the flat part staying behind the tragus. Labret studs are very good if you wear in-ear headphones, but they can be a bit fiddly to put in and out if you need to do it a lot. It bends into the ear and the silicon is oval so it feels like there's nothing there :) I couldn't wear headphones because they crushed my rook and piercings on my other ear. I have a tragus and daith in one ear (got them in March) and I wear Bose 700 noise cancelling headphones. Unfortunately during the first 6 months my ear did not like being covered up by the headphones at all, and the trapped humidity from the ear cup caused bumps on my daith.
